Our Gluten Free Pizza (rice and potato starch crust) is created in a separate cooking area away from flour and regular dough, with separate and clean utensils and serving ware. It is cooked on a designated oven floor alone in a 425degree oven. We are not a certified gluten free kitchen, but we strive to be very safe and feel confident in our product and procedures.
